If all of the other involved parties are ready as well, we can schedule a conference call with the presiding Administrative Law Judge in the Hearing Division to discuss the logistics and options for a virtual hearing. Additionally, the judge will consider issues in claims submitted on stipulated facts, along with supporting documentary evidence from each party, provided that all the parties agree to it.
