If all of the other involved parties are ready as well, we can schedule a conference call with the presiding Administrative Law Judge in the Hearing Division to discuss the logistics and options for a virtual hearing. In addition to setting a time and date for the virtual hearing to take place, the logistics and options discussed may include the number of witnesses Attorney Joining a Workers' Compensation Virtual Hearingand how long the hearing will be expected to take. Additionally, the judge will consider issues in claims submitted on stipulated facts, along with supporting documentary evidence from each party, provided that all the parties agree to it.
