The Chief Justice of the Georgia Supreme Court has issued an Order declaring a statewide judicial emergency, which initially cancelled all civil trials through April 13, 2020. This Order was later extended through May 13, 2020. Consistent with the Chief Justice’s Order, the State Board of Workers’ Compensation has cancelled all hearings and in-person mediation through May 13, 2020. The closing of the courts is unprecedented, but does not prevent us from being able to assist you in your time of need.
